SERVICE HOME WARRANTY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Home Warranty Service LLC (“Service Provider”) and the Contract Holder (“You” or “Customer”). By using the services of Service Home Warranty, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

  1. Coverage Period: The Coverage Period begins upon the effective date of this Contract and continues for the duration specified in the Service Home Warranty Agreement.

  2. Cancellation and Refund: You have the right to cancel this Contract at any time. If canceled within the first 30 days of the Coverage Period and no claims have been made, You are entitled to a full refund of the cost of this Contract. For the cancellation procedure, please refer to the Refund Policy section.

  3. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel this Contract, contact Service Home Warranty at +1 (888) 811-8880 and press 5. The cancellation will be effective from the date of the call.

  4. Eligibility for Refund: Refund eligibility is contingent upon the date of cancellation and whether Service Home Warranty has paid any claims during the Home Service Plan’s term. Detailed information on refund eligibility can be found in the Refund Policy section.

  5. Claims Process: To make a claim, contact Service Home Warranty as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to provide timely notice may affect the coverage. Claims will be processed according to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

  6. Exclusions and Limitations: This Agreement may exclude certain items or conditions. Please refer to the specific coverage details provided in the Service Home Warranty Agreement for a comprehensive list of inclusions and exclusions.

  7. Renewal and Termination: This Contract may be subject to renewal, and termination may occur as per the terms outlined in the Service Home Warranty Agreement.

  8. Customer Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, promptly report any changes to contact information, and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  11. Modifications: Service Home Warranty reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes.
